Handheld Contact for Microsoft Outlook allows you to wirelessly sync your Outlook contacts and appointments to your phone's native address book and calendar.

You can also customize which contact folders and calendars Handheld Contact syncs to your phone.

In order to install the Handheld Contact phone application, you must visit outlook.handheldcontact.com/ota from your phone.

The the website detects the device you use and supported phones will load instructions so you can you conveniently install Handheld Contact.

In rare events, device detection fails due to special browser configurations or carrier settings and supported devices will instead see an error message.

If your phone is supported but you are receiving an error that your phone is not, please contact support and include your phone model.

1. Open your BlackBerry Internet Browser.
2. Go to >outlook.handheldcontact.com/ota.
3. Download and run our phone aplication.
4. You are prompted with a message that the Handheld Contact application already exists. Click "Yes" to replace the old version.
5. Once the download has finished, reboot your Blackberry to complete the upgrade.
